How the interview takes place

Your application will be received and studied by our recruitment staff. They will then forward it to those Regional Department(s) who may have opportunities that suit your experience and expectations.

If your application is retained, you will be required to complete a detailed application form and then invited to individual interviews with a member of the recruitment staff or a line manager. These interviews will familiarise you with the EUROGICIEL Group's various activities and give us a chance to evaluate your motivation, your personality, and your potential for advancement.

Finally, if we have no immediate vacancies suiting your profile, and if you agree, your file will be kept active, and you will be contacted at a later date if any opportunity comes up.

The EUROGICIEL mentoring charter

Each time we recruit someone new, a mentor is chosen to accompany that person. The transfer of know-how, a sense of solidarity and cohesion and above all human coaching all play a primary role in introducing the new recruit to the company culture, the team spirit and the rules of play in the company.

The mentor welcomes the newcomer by offering an informal, confidential relationship based on trust, free from any hierarchical constraints.

The mentoring system means a two-way dialogue can be quickly established, and encourages exchange between generations and professions.

Everyone participates as we all have something to give.

Training at EUROGICIEL

EUROGICIEL bestows great importance on the professional development of its staff. Gaining technical skills, developing a sense of responsibility and capitalising on the Group's expertise are therefore essential factors in our development.

There are three kinds of training at EUROGICIEL:

So-called opportunity training which is determined before a particular project and for the needs of that project.

So-called maintenance training, designed to maintain the level of our staff's skills.

Training selected for the company's strategic purposes.

EUROGICIEl allocates 6% of its payroll to the training budget and is thus able to train well over half its staff every year.
